(BOISE, Idaho) -- A man who was arrested last year for offering to trade a three-year-old for sex pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation charges.
According to the Idaho Statesman, Jason Lloyd Schaber, 41, posted on Craigslist offering sex with the girl, without mentioning her age, for money. Police were tipped off when the man responding to the ad asked how old she was.
Schaber, who was arrested about one month after the posting, pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of children and felony distribution of sexually explicit pictures of minors, according to the Statesman.
Schaber will waive his right to appeal his sentence as part of a plea agreement.
