(BOISE, Idaho) -- The family of a 56-year-old man who has been missing since Friday is continuing their frantic search, The Idaho Statesman reports.

David Szwec was last seen shortly before 10 a.m. Friday when he told his family he was going to buy a screwdriver set from Sears at the Boise Towne Square mall. In-store camera footage did not show Szwec entering or leaving the store, and store receipts did not show that he had purchased the screwdriver set, Szwec's brother-in-law said.

Szwec is 5 feet 3 inches, weighs 135 pounds and has blue eyes, brown hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark brown shirt, blue jeans and a black fleece jacket. He was driving a white 1996 Chevrolet C15 pickup truck with license plate number: 1ACP233.

Anyone with information about David Szwec's whereabouts is asked to contact police at 377-6790. Szwec's daughter-in-law, Alexandra Szwec, said the family is offering a $500 reward for information that leads to finding him.
