(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise man is facing criminal charges for allegedly using another man's identity to borrow money.
The incident was reported in September. The victim told police that suspect Brian Callaway -- who is known to the victim -- used the victim's personal information to obtain a personal loan back in March. Police said they've found evidence that over $400 in cash was obtained by the suspect using the victim's information.
Callaway was arrested and charged with misappropriation of identifying information.
