(BOISE, Idaho) –- A Wednesday crash north of New Meadows injured a Utah woman.
Idaho State Police responded to the collision around 11 a.m. on U.S. 95 milepost 167, six miles north of New Meadows.
Angela Nielson of Lapoint, Utah, was headed northbound when she drove across the highway into a barrow pit. Her car drifted across traffic lanes into a tree.
The 34-year-old was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
Crews transported Nielson to St. Luke’s McCall Medical Center for injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
