(WASHINGTON) -- Two Boise men have been indicted on federal hate crime charges for allegedly attacking a black man last October.
Jonathan Lynn Henery, 28, and Beau Edward Hansen, 30, were indicted on hate crime charges Tuesday, the Department of Justice announced.
"The indictment alleges that on or about Oct. 20, 2013, both men willfully caused bodily injury to an African American man based on the victim’s actual and perceived race and color," the Department of Justice said in a statement.
