(BOISE, Idaho) -- Two men and three children have been found safe Sunday evening after getting stuck overnight in a snowbank.

According to Boise Police, the group-- 38-year-old John Julian, his children Samantha, 8, and Isaac, 7, as well as 34-year-old William Murkle and his daughter Megun, 10-- left for a drive and possible hike on Saturday and did not return home that night.

The group's car reportedly became stuck in the snowbank, forcing them to spend the night. Sunday morning they started walking, and by 5:20 p.m., they found someone home in a cabin in Prarie, where they could call for help.

They reportedly walked about 19 miles for help. Police say they were not injured.
