(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise man was arrested on drug charges after a witness reported a car suspiciously parked in one spot for "many hours."
According to the Boise Police Department, officers arrived at the scene as Joseph Sena, 46, was driving away. Officers pursued Sena and pulled him over a short distance away.
Officers determined that Sena's license had been suspended and placed him under arrest.
During a search, Sena was found with a scale, a bag of methamphetamime and a glass pipe. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges.
