(BOISE, Idaho) -- Police arrested a Boise man, who threatened a pair of individuals, before firing a shotgun at the ground.
According to the Boise Police Department, the two victims were attempting to meet with an individual who lives on South Pheasant Lane on Sunday afternoon when their vehicle was stuck in the mud.
The suspect, Steven Danielson, 37, approached the pair and threatened them verbally before leaving and returning with a shotgun.
The victims told police that Danielson fired the shotgun twice into the ground.
When officers arrived at the scene and later contacted Danielson, he was cooperative.
Danielson was charged with attempted battery and discharge of a firearm in the city limit.
