(BOISE, Idaho) -- A 34-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly stealing money from an ATM and shooting at law enforcement officers last week.
Nathan Paul Davenport was indicted by a federal jury in Boise this week, on charges of bank larceny by use of a dangerous weapon and use of a deadly weapon during a felony offense, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Davenport, 34, is accused of breaking into an ATM at an Idaho First Bank in McCall on Jan. 10, stealing cash, and using a rifle to shoot at responding law enforcement officers.
