(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a woman's car registration and car keys at a park.
The victim told Boise Police that she parked at the dog park at Military Reserve and hid her keys in the car.
Police believe the suspect may have seen the victim hide the keys.
Witnesses say they saw the suspect steal the keys and car registration.
The witnesses provided a description of the suspect, and investigating officers arrested Lonnie Trotter, 47, near the scene. He was charged with burglary.
Police say they have yet to find the victim's keys or car registration.
