(BOISE, Idaho) -- One victim is in the hospital after a two-car crash Wednesday morning.
According to Idaho State Police, at about 7:55 a.m. on Wednesday Tommy Gilmore, 51, of Kuna, was driving southbound on Farmway Road in Canyon County. A Nissan driving westbound on Utick Road failed to stop at the intersection's stop sign and hit Gilmore's truck.
The driver of the Nissan was taken to Saint Alphonsus in Boise. Police say the Nissan driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Gilmore was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured in the crash.
The Idaho State Police is investigating the crash.
