(BOISE, Idaho) -- Marijuana allegedly being delivered through the mail has led to a Boise man being arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
Ryan Ricks, 23, was arrested Friday evening, shortly after a package containing 2.25 pounds of marijuana was delivered to him by U.S. mail at a home on the 2800 block of West Agate Street, according to Boise Police. Officials estimate the marijuana to be worth around $3,500.
Investigators say they have evidence that Ricks has been involved in the sale of marijuana locally.
