(BOISE, Idaho) -- A woman who was caught stealing merchandise from a retail store also faces drug charges after her Thursday arrest.
According to the Boise Police Department, a witness spotted Kelsey King, 21, hiding clothing items and leaving the store without paying at approximately 5 p.m. on Thursday. The woman was detained outside the store until police arrived.
Officers searched the woman and discovered Oxycodone pills that were not prescribed to her.
King was taken to Ada County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance and petit theft.
