(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise man was arrested Thursday, after he was allegedly found in a drunken state, passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle.
Police say they were called to the 3900 block of West Pershing Drive early Thursday morning on a report of a driver being passed out at the wheel of a vehicle with its horn blaring.
Officers responded and found Levi Curtis, 33, at the wheel. Police say Curtis failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with felony driving under the influence.
