(BOISE, Idaho) -- A 42-year-old man was arrested on a felony DUI charge late Friday evening.
A police officer observed a vehicle driving without a headlight near N. Curtis Road and Plymouth Street just before midnight and stopped the car. The officer noticed the driver's eyes were glassy, and a Night STEP officer was called, who found the driver failed sobriety tests.
Gregory J. Remacle was arrested for DUI and blew a .090/.089 blood alcohol level. He had two prior DUI convictions, which made this third arrest a felony.
Remacle was booked into the Ada County Jail.
