(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise woman was arrested early Sunday morning after she struck two pedestrians, one of which was a Boise Police Sergeant.
Boise Police were called to a fight outside a nightclub on the 100 block of South Sixth Street, around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
As one officer stood outside his patrol car speaking with another man about the incident, both were stuck by the driver of a Honda sedan.
Both the officer and the man were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Both were treated and later released.
The driver of the car, Margaret Johnson Sciales, 24, was arrested on the scene after she failed field sobriety tests and her breath alcohol tests came in at 0.13 and 0.12, according to Boise Police.
Sciales has been charged with two counts of aggravated DUI.
