(BOISE, Idaho) -- A California man has been arrested by police in Boise following an incident at a local hotel.
Police said on Friday night they responded to a report of a disturbance in the lobby of a hotel in downtown Boise. Responding officers reportedly found a man who appeared to be intoxicated, and who allegedly refused to comply with commands to remain seated while officers spoke with witnesses.
"When the suspect continued to try and walk away, officers took him into custody for resisting and obstructing. Hotel staff also reported the suspect had broken a decorative dish and they wished to press charges," Boise Police said in a statement.
Nicholas Brendon, 43, of Sherman Oaks, Calif., has been charged with malicious injury to property and resisting and obstructing officers.
