(BOISE, Idaho) -- State police is investigating a Saturday hit and run crash on Interstate 84 near Eden.
According to the Idaho State Police, the driver of a pickup truck had a mechanical issue and pulled over to the emergency lane. When he exited his car, he was swideswiped by a commercial vehicle.
Police say the "commercial vehicle briefly stopped before continuing on."
The pickup driver was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in unknown condition.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the state police.
