(BOISE, Idaho) -- Police arrested a Boise man Tuesday on charges of forgery and theft after he stole more than $100,000 from a local construction company.
Jon M. Foster, 42, was taken into custody after officials investigated a report of embezzlement from a neighborhood business.
Foster was an employee at the company where he took funds "for his personal benefit," according to police, and he allegedly forged his employer's signature on several business checks used as part of the fraud scheme.
He was booked into the Ada County Jail.
