(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Boise man is facing a felony charge for allegedly stealing caution signs from a construction site over the weekend.
According to police, it was reported that on Saturday someone went to a construction site on the 4300 block of South Epsilon Avenue and stole four orange metal caution signs and one roll of copper tubing. The stolen items were valued at over $1,000.
Police said a witness got the suspect's license plate and officers were able to track down suspect Richard Raines, 49, on Tuesday and arrest him on charges of felony burglary and possession of stolen material, a misdemeanor.
Police said they also recovered the stolen signs.
